Spring is blooming at all Starbucks locations! With the arrival of a new menu, the coffee chain welcomes this warm and picturesque season, offering refreshing drinks that are either new or making a return to the store’s menu.

If you’re a Starbucks fan, here’s when the new menu will be available, what it includes, and all the details you need to make sure you don’t miss the chance to try it. Take note!

When will the new Starbucks spring menu be available?

According to a statement from the company, the new products will be available at all locations across the country starting this Tuesday, March 4. The spring drinks and cold foams will be available for a limited time, while supplies last.

What’s included in the new Starbucks spring menu?

The new menu includes a variety of beverages and food items that are making their debut. It also features returning lavender drinks, which were first introduced in the spring of 2024.

Here are the new products:

  • Iced Cherry Chai: Starbucks’ classic iced chai latte topped with cherry cream cold foam and a sprinkle of crunchy topping.
  • Jalapeño Chicken Pocket: Filled with diced chicken, charred poblanos, green jalapeños, three-cheese blend, and jalapeño cream cheese, wrapped in lavash flatbread with roasted chili.

Returning lavender drinks:

  • Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha: A creamy and smooth matcha with oat milk, served over ice and topped with sweet, subtle floral notes of lavender cream cold foam.
  • Iced Lavender Latte: Made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso, smooth and subtly sweet, creamy oat milk, ice, and lavender notes. Also available hot.
  • Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage: A blend of lavender notes with vanilla syrup, milk, and ice, topped with a swirl of whipped cream.

Customers can now add a special touch to their drinks with the new Cherry Cream Cold Foam or Lavender Cream Cold Foam, capturing the essence of the season.

New menu at Starbucks Reserve

Starting March 4, Starbucks Reserve locations in Chicago, New York, and Seattle will also feature a new menu, including food, beverages, and cocktails. Here are the products available:

  • Iced Ube Coconut Latte: A beverage made with Starbucks Reserve Espresso and coconut milk over ice, topped with rich ube coconut cream cold foam and finished with a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
  • Lavender Matcha Malt: A creamy, malty shake featuring Starbucks Reserve-exclusive matcha, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate and lavender bitters. Topped with lavender whipped cream, a sprinkle of sugar, and a lavender sprig.
  • Sakura Float: A refreshing layered drink featuring frothy Sakura Allure tea with a decadent scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Citrus Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Tasting Journey: Butterfly pea flower tea and citrus cold foam with lemonade.
  • Lavender Matcha Margarita: This cocktail combines matcha with El Tesoro Blanco tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar. Topped with lavender cream cold foam and a lavender sprig.
  • Sakura Blossom Negroni: This cocktail blends Sakura Allure tea infusion with Hendrick’s gin, Carpano dry vermouth, and Aperol, garnished with an edible flower.
  • Butterfly Tea Spritz: Butterfly pea flower tea changes color in this effervescent cocktail, mixed with Kalak vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and Fever-Tree Sicilian sparkling lemonade, garnished with a dehydrated lemon, fresh mint sprig, and edible flower.
  • Butterfly Pea Swirl Cake: A silky swirl cake infused with green matcha tea, filled and topped with butterfly pea flower and vanilla ganache.
  • Fig Walnut Ricotta Toast: Fig chutney with coffee and balsamic, whipped mascarpone, and Parmesan ricotta, toasted walnuts, and edible marigold flowers.
  • Lavender Blueberry Donut: A blueberry cake donut topped with blueberry and lavender glaze.
  • Rose Pistachio Twice-Baked Cornetto: A twice-baked cornetto filled and topped with creamy pistachio frangipane and finished with a rose glaze.

This spring, customers have the opportunity to receive a free packet of TRUFF Original or Jalapeño Lime hot sauce with any breakfast sandwich, wrap, egg bites, pastries, lunch sandwiches, or pockets.

This hot sauce, enriched with black truffle, offers the perfect blend of heat and flavor. Customers can request their TRUFF hot sauce packet when ordering in-store, at the drive-thru, or by customizing an eligible item through the Starbucks app or with Starbucks delivery partners. This promotion is available at participating Starbucks locations in the United States for a limited time, while supplies last.
