- Actors: This live action of Disney’s 1937 classic will star Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot.
Lilo & Stitch
- Release Date: May 23, 2025
- Actors: The live action remake will star Maia Kealoha as Lilo, Sydney Agudong as Nani, and Chris Sanders as Stitch.
Moana
- Release Date: July 10, 2026
- Actors: Dwayne Johnson will play Maui, and Catherine Laga’aia will play Moana.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
- Release Date: 2025/2026
- What we know: David Henry Hwang is writing the script for this adaptation. Also, Alan Menken has confirmed that he will return to compose the soundtrack; however, no director has been announced yet.
Cruella 2
- Release Date: Not confirmed
- Actors: Emma Stone and Emma Thompson will star in the sequel to Cruella, the movie about the villain from 101 Dalmatians.
Bambi

- What we know: The script will be written by Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Lindsey Beer.
The Jungle Book 2

- What we know: Neel Sethi will return as Mowgli, while Jon Favreau will return as director, and Justin Marks will be the screenwriter.
Aladdin 2

- What we know: Although the cast has not been confirmed, Will Smith’s return is expected. Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich will again lead the production, and John Gatins and Andrea Berloff will be the new screenwriters. No director has been announced yet. In addition to the sequel, a spin-off is also planned.
