Strategic partnership: Magnite and Brightcove announce their collaboration in a strategic partnership

The combined strengths gained from the strategic partnership will increase ad supply transparency and open up new revenue options for Brightclove.

To fuel advertising for Brightcove clients, Brightcove has entered into a strategic partnership with Magnite, to grow fill and delivery, and boost customer revenue.

Additionally, Brightcove will incorporate the SpringServe ad server. That will give publishers more power, access, and transparency over the available ad supply.

Magnite’s SSP capabilities, which are offered directly through Brightcove, will allow Brightcove to generate revenue for its clients, and its integration with the SpringServe ad server will give clients a clear view of the available ad inventory and a tactical opportunity to better monetize their video content.

The strategic partnership will offer evolving solutions for Brightcove’s large customer base

Brightcove’s CEO, Marc DeBevoise, said that his company is committed to improving solutions for its broad, global client base. That includes supporting its customers’ attempts to generate money from its video content. But the company’s ability to offer its customers the best solutions and help them improve their ad fill rate and CPMs depends in large part on Brightclove’s collaboration with Magnite and SpringServe.

Sean Buckley, CRO of Magnite also confirmed his company’s commitment to work with the Brightcove team. Their collaboration will ease monetization for customers who stream high-quality videos.  Customers will now have access to real-time reporting and video-centric advertising capabilities across both their conventional and algorithmic sales channels thanks to our new connection.

Why the Brightcove and Magnite partnership was necessary

Brightcove identified a big potential to assist customers to monetize their unsold ad opportunities more effectively. This was after analyzing data from billions of ad-supported play requests on its market-leading Server Side Ad Insertion technology.

These customers will have a transparent picture of the available ad inventory. They will also have a tactical chance to better monetize their video content by integrating with the SpringServe ad server.
