Omnicom PR Group (OPRG) has announced the appointment of Jillian Janaczek as the CEO of Porter Novelli, the strategic communications agency that assists companies and brands in leveraging purpose to enhance their businesses. Jillian Janaczek will report to Chris Foster, CEO of OPRG, and will be an integral part of the global leadership team.

Jillian Janaczek takes over from David Bentley, who departed the agency in June this year. Most recently, Janaczek served as the President of BCW New York, the company’s largest global market. During her tenure, she oversaw the health, consumer, and corporate practices for Fortune 500 clients, among others. Previously, Janaczek held the role of Health Director at BCW for over a decade, during which time she achieved double-digit growth in the practice. She spearheaded award-winning programs across various categories, launched numerous products, accomplished successes both in the United States and globally, and managed the transition of prescription drugs to over-the-counter medications.
