THE NATIONAL INTERPROFESSIONAL CENTER FOR THE FRENCH DAIRY INDUSTRY – CNIEL, residing at the French Cheese Board, 1460 Broadway, 15th floor, New York, NY 10036; Telephone : +1 (646) 327-7974 is launching an invitation to tender to agencies who will design and implement a three-year mix communications campaign (January 2017 to December 2019) in favor of the quality cheeses of Europe and mainly cheeses of France in Colombia and Mexico. The executing agency will manage both campaigns/countries.
CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES: The general objective of the campaign is to become the spearhead of French cheese within the context of EU imported cheeses in both countries.
COMMUNICATIONS OBJECTIVES: Re-enforce French cheese consumption as an everyday staple to foodies and influence the foodie community and subsequently their followers by broadcasting content through their channels in Colombia and Mexico.
PLANNING: March 7, 2016 at 12 noon ET: Last call for agencies to ask for the brief and the official procedures.
April 1, 2016 at 12 noon ET: Last call for the agencies to send their full proposal and official documents. April 4, 2016: CNIEL notifies all agencies of results.
BUDGET: Around 1,300,000 to 1,500,000 EUROS (one point three to one point five million Euros) per year for both countries. That exact amount will be confirmed late December.
CNIEL will email the brief and the official procedures needed to all agencies who respond to the present invitation.
