Domino’s Pizza announced that it has partnered with the delivery platform DoorDash to provide its customers with more options for getting their pizza delivered to their doorstep. We’ll tell you when you can start using this platform to place your orders and what will happen with Uber Eats.
When can I order Domino’s Pizza on DoorDash?
According to a statement from the chain, a pilot program is currently being implemented in select locations; however, U.S. customers will be able to use DoorDash to place delivery orders starting in May 2025. The service will also be available to customers in Canada, though this will be at the end of this year.
DoorDash users will be able to place orders at their local Domino’s store through the DoorDash app, with integrated GPS tracking to monitor the progress of their delivery by a uniformed driver from the pizzeria. Orders will be available to DashPass subscribers.
“Being able to seamlessly connect with DoorDash customers translates into increased sales for Domino’s stores while efficiently leveraging our brand’s strong delivery network. Capturing additional customers, especially in suburban and rural markets, is a significant opportunity as our brand continues to open stores across the country,” said Joe Jordan, Chief Operating Officer and President of Domino’s U.S.

Will there no longer be Domino’s delivery drivers?
No! In addition to the DoorDash delivery service, Domino’s delivery drivers will continue to deliver your orders to your doorstep.
Will Uber Eats no longer deliver Domino’s pizzas?
According to the pizza chain, since 2023 the company had an exclusive agreement with Uber Eats to act as its external delivery service, but this exclusivity ends on May 1, 2025, meaning that starting on this date, the delivery platform will no longer provide the service for this restaurant.
What is DashPass?
DashPass is DoorDash’s loyalty program, which offers members unlimited free delivery and reduced service fees on orders over $12 from restaurants, markets, convenience stores, and liquor stores, in addition to discounts and exclusive items that you can’t get anywhere else.
In addition, members of the program get 5% back in DoorDash credits on eligible takeout orders. To take advantage of the benefits, you just need to look for the DashPass logo to find all the eligible stores in your area. DashPass benefits apply to orders that exceed the minimum subtotal specified on DoorDash for these stores.
History of Domino’s Pizza
Founded in 1960, Domino’s Pizza is the largest pizza company in the world, with a significant business in both delivery and carryout. The company was a pioneer in using patented insulated pizza bags to keep pizzas hot during delivery. It also invented the corrugated cardboard pizza box that prevents moisture from weakening the box and causing the cheese to stick to the lid.
Today, it is among the top public restaurant brands globally, with a global business of more than 21,300 stores in over 90 markets. The pizzeria had global retail sales of more than $19.1 billion in 2024. Its system is made up of independent franchise owners, who represented 99% of the stores at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024.
