What benefit will Disney World offer starting in January 2025?
Starting in January 2025, all guests staying at a Disney World Resort hotel will have free access to the water park on the same day they arrive.
This means that when you check in to your hotel, you won’t have to wait until 3:00 p.m. to access your room, nor will you need to spend additional money on tickets to the park.
This new benefit, available this year, is aimed at allowing visitors to make the most of their vacation by avoiding waiting times and unnecessary travel.

Which Disney water park can you access for free?
Guests will be able to enjoy this benefit at either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, depending on which one is open at the time. There’s no need to check in to the hotel in advance to use the water park access.
This new benefit offers a great opportunity for guests to maximize their time at Disney World, especially if they have an early flight and can’t yet access their room.
How do I apply my free Disney water park ticket?
The benefit will be automatically added to your account, so when you scan your card to enter the water park, the system will immediately recognize your reservation.
In the Disney World app, under the “Future Plans” section, you should see a blue box indicating “Included with your stay.” Additionally, in the “Tickets and Passes” section, there will be further confirmation that the benefit is active and ready to be used. Remember, the ticket is only valid on the day of your arrival.
How much does it cost to stay at a Disney World hotel?
Disney offers four categories of hotels: Value, Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villas. The main differences between them include room size, transportation services to the parks, restaurant options, and entertainment within each hotel.
