Dentro del marco del Festival Internacional de Creatividad Cannes Lions 2018 se entregaron los premios a la categoría Outdoor y hubo dos campañas ganadoras de Grand Prix.
La categoría Outdoor en Cannes Lions 2018 reconoce a lo mejor de las campañas de publicidad exterior de distintos países.
En la edición 2018, se entregaron dos Grand Prix, la máxima presea en el Festival, a dos campañas de Norteamérica. Primero a la agencia canadiense Cossette y el anunciante McDonald’s por “Restaurants of Canada Unlimited”.
El segundo Grand Prix fue para el canal de televisión Comedy Central, por la creación de “The Donald Trump Presidential Twitter Library”, que es un museo con los tweets más populares y extraños del presidente de Estados Unidos.
