What is the new menu at California Pizza Kitchen?
The popular restaurant chain is bringing back a limited-time menu featuring some of its most iconic dishes from the past four decades. These dishes were personally selected by diners, as well as team members, executive chef Paul Pszybylski, and even founders Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax.
Here are the options you’ll find on the seasonal menu:
- (Founders’ Pick) Rosemary Roasted Potato & Grilled Chicken Pizza: CPK’s zesty lemon cream sauce, grilled chicken, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, Mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, all topped with fresh rosemary and wild Greek oregano. A true classic!
- (Chef Paul’s Pick) Chicken Milanese: Crispy panko-crusted chicken breast, served with fresh arugula and housemade checca, and finished with shaved Parmesan and fresh lemon. Want a twist? Chef Paul’s version features a rich tomato basil sauce.
- (Team Members’ Pick) Waldorf Chicken Salad: A refreshing mix of field greens, grilled chicken, red grapes, Granny Smith apples, celery, candied walnuts, and Gorgonzola, tossed in your choice of Dijon balsamic vinaigrette or blue cheese dressing.
- (Guests’ Pick) Tortilla Spring Rolls: Hand-rolled flour tortillas stuffed with your choice of Baja Chicken, Thai Chicken, or Mediterranean, baked to perfection in CPK’s signature pizza oven.

The seasonal menu is already available! Customers can enjoy these classic flavors until May 19.
California Pizza Kitchen Promotions
As part of its 40th-anniversary celebration, the company has decided to reward customer loyalty with a fantastic promotion, where diners can win many prizes, ranging from meal discounts to gift cards from major brands and cash prizes of up to $40,000. Every customer is a winner!
From now until May 11, each adult guest, whether dining in, ordering takeout, or delivery, will receive a Thank You Card with a hidden prize that will be revealed on their next visit.
As a new feature this year, the chain offers a digital second chance to win. By scanning the QR code on their card, guests can join CPK Rewards to get an instant $5 bonus and the opportunity to win a five-day cruise getaway.
From March 2 to June 8, customers can visit any full-service CPK location with their unopened Thank You Card so a manager can reveal their prize.
