What benefits do Chipotle employees receive?
Starting this year, all Chipotle employees have free access to the Calm app, designed to promote mental well-being by offering tools to improve sleep, reduce stress, and foster mindfulness through a variety of science-backed activities and content.

Calm adds to a growing list of innovative benefits Chipotle provides to support the overall well-being of its employees, covering financial, physical, and mental aspects.
Additional benefits at Chipotle include an annual crew bonus, which allows employees the opportunity to earn an extra month’s salary each year; access to mental health services and English as a second language courses for employees and their families; tuition reimbursement and debt-free college degrees; free meals, among others. The company has found that retention rates are twice as high among employees enrolled in its educational assistance program, and crew members who participate are six times more likely to move into management positions.
“‘Burrito Season’ offers candidates the opportunity to start here, stay here, and reach their professional goals with us,” said Ilene Eskenazi, Chief Human Resources Officer.
