Canadian clothing brand Frank And Oak has announced to its customers that it will be closing all its stores located in the United States. The closures are set to take place at the end of this month, and all locations have already begun a clearance sale, where customers can enjoy discounts.
Why is Frank And Oak closing its U.S. stores?
According to a statement published on the company’s website, the decision to cease operations in the U.S. is due to growing uncertainty around tariffs and customs, which has made cross-border operations increasingly difficult to maintain.
When will Frank And Oak stores close?
On its website, the brand stated that customers have until Monday, April 21, to shop the clearance sale, and that stores will remain open until that date. Therefore, the closures are expected to begin shortly after.

What deals are available during Frank And Oak’s clearance sale?
During the clearance period, all remaining inventory at U.S. stores is being sold at discounted prices. The company noted that all sales are final, and that certain services, such as returns and warranties, may be affected.
Currently, all items are 40% off. The offer is valid both online and in physical stores until Monday, April 21, 2025, at 9 a.m. EDT. No promo code is required, as the discount is automatically applied at checkout to eligible items.
The company also stated that the offer excludes gift cards and does not apply to previous purchases. Additionally, purchases made during this promotion will not accumulate Frank’s Club Rewards points, as the loyalty program was suspended as of March 31. However, customers can still redeem their existing points until further notice.
As for returns during the clearance period, Frank And Oak explained that customers will only be able to return items purchased before April 1, 2025, in accordance with the return policy in effect at the time of purchase. Returns received at warehouses before May 15, 2025, will still be eligible for a refund.
