Belk announced the opening of two new outlet stores in the country, which will also incorporate traditional stores so that customers can access both regular products and a wide range of discounts. If you’re a customer of these stores, here are all the details.

According to the company, the new outlet locations will be in these spots in North Carolina:
- Eastridge Mall, in Gastonia
- Triangle Town Center Mall, in Raleigh
When will Belk’s new outlet stores open?
Although the company did not provide an exact date for the opening, these stores are expected to begin operations this spring.

What are Belk’s outlet stores like?
Belk opened its first outlet store in January 2023 in Greeneville, Tennessee, introducing a two-level concept in its Northlake Mall store in Charlotte, dedicating one floor to the outlet store, while the other remained a conventional store.
Belk’s outlet stores give customers the opportunity to access a wide variety of luxury national designer brands and products at discounted prices. The extensive product offerings come directly from their traditional stores, in addition to fashion and home items specifically selected for the outlets.
“Since we opened our first outlet almost two years ago, our customers have loved the concept of combining our traditional and outlet stores in one location. We are excited to bring this approach to more locations this year,” said Don Hendricks, CEO of Belk, in a statement.

Can I change or cancel my Belk order?
Yes, but you only have 30 minutes to change or cancel standard shipping orders once they’re placed. Online purchase, store pickup, or same-day delivery orders are not eligible for a grace period.
What are Belk Reward Dollars?
They are reward certificates earned by making purchases with the Belk Rewards+ credit card. You earn points for each eligible purchase, whether in physical stores or online. Points are issued in $5 increments and can be viewed in the official app.
Additionally, cardholders periodically receive promotional points by email, which are delivered as a $10 certificate. Each $5 or $10 certificate contains a 15-digit code that can be applied to your next purchase, whether in-store, online, or through the app.
