Illinois is another affected state. In Chicago, five pharmacies will close:

  • Western Avenue in West Englewood
  • 26th Street in La Villita
  • Commercial Avenue in South Chicago
  • King Drive in Lake Meadows
  • Jeffery Boulevard on the South Side
