There will be six new locations, which will be situated in the following areas:

- Genesee County, Michigan
- High Desert, California

The company plans to open an additional 29 stores during its fiscal year 2025, which will end on August 31. Of these openings, 26 will be new buildings, while three will be relocations. Additionally, ten of the new locations will be outside the United States.

To obtain your Digital Membership, you need to have your membership registered for online shopping and the app installed on your mobile device. Follow these steps to activate it:
- Download the app: Get the latest version of the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Log in: Open the app, select “My Account,” and sign in with your details. If you don’t have an account, click “Sign Up Now” and follow the steps to create one.
- Access the Digital Membership: Once inside, go to “My Account” and select “Get it today and activate it in-store! Digital Membership.”
- Accept the terms: Read and accept the terms of use.
- Take your photo: Agree to the photo use for your Digital Membership. Follow the instructions to take a photo that meets the guidelines. If you’re satisfied, select “Use this photo” or choose “Take another photo” to change it.
- Verify the status: From “My Account,” you’ll see your Digital Membership in red with the label “Pending.”
- Activate your membership: Visit the Membership Desk at any warehouse with an official ID. You will be asked for additional information, such as your phone number, operating system, brand and model of the device, and service provider.
- Update the app: Once your Digital Membership is activated, swipe down on your device’s screen or restart the app to update it.
Can I shop at Costco without a membership?
