The sports organization also plans to hold a major activation in Times Square during the final weekend of the World Cup, which it has called “a historic moment for the World Cup and a show worthy of the greatest sporting event in the world.”

Which artists will perform at the 2026 World Cup halftime show?
According to Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, the British band Coldplay will collaborate in the production of the event and the selection of artists for the show.
